The Opportunity & Contract Profile
Join the operational team of an Outstanding county school committed to maintaining a high-quality environment. This role requires flexibility and practical skills to support the daily running, security, and minor maintenance of the school buildings and grounds.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
* Site Security: Key holding duties and responsibility for the secure lock-up and opening of the premises, including monitoring access points.
* Maintenance:
Performing minor repairs, basic DIY, and assisting with maintenance logs and scheduled checks.
* Presentation:
Ensuring external grounds and internal areas are clean, tidy, and assisting with cleaning operations as needed.

* Salary:
Competitive salary, dependent on experience (ranging from £23,000 – £27,000 Annually).
