This role blends team leadership with hands-on support, focusing on customer satisfaction, system adoption, and user experience. As the main escalation point, you will take overall responsibility for managing Oracle Fusion incidents in line with agreed SLAs. You will act as a key link between support officers, external partners, and management, driving service improvement, training, business change, and engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage an essential cloud-based Oracle service that enhances the Council's service delivery and operational efficiency.
