Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Projects & Logistics Manager to support the delivery of digital, signage, and dispatch projects. Acting as the key link between clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams, this role involves coordinating logistics, managing project administration, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.
It's an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in administration, logistics, or hospitality to step into a varied, client-facing position.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Support: Coordinate and deliver installation and dispatch projects to agreed timelines.
* Mass Dispatch Coordination: Organise large-scale distribution projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
* Logistics Administration: Manage delivery schedules, site access, and installation requirements.
* Sub-contractor Liaison: Support the appointment, briefing, and coordination of sub-contractors.
* Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth project journey.
* Site Visits & Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys and client visits to support planning and estimating.
* Estimating Support: Assist with project estimates and tracking costs against budgets.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, schedules, and reports.
* Problem Solving: Help identify risks or issues in delivery and escalate where necessary.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in administration, logistics, or project coordination (hospitality sector experience desirable).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
* Confident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project or similar).
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits and surveys.
* Knowledge of health & safety in project delivery (advantageous but not essential).

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
