MPI are looking for a Permanent Sales Manager, based in London Reporting to: Head of Sales Salary: £90k - £95k Start Date: Immediate Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm Job Location: Office-based – Head Office Role overview * Help manage and complete, as necessary, any Prequalification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Selection Questionnaires (SQs) to ensure timely and accurate submissions. * Identify, track and assess new business opportunities, including frameworks, tenders, and private sector leads aligned with the company’s growth strategy. * Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients, including developers, main contractors, consultants, and end users. * Liaise with the Estimating and Bid Team to support the production of competitive and compelling proposals and bids. * Work with the Board to develop a sales strategy and pipeline of opportunities that aligns with the 5 year business plan aspirations. * Find and develop new customers and work opportunities, while liaising and maintaining existing customer relationships, actively follow leads on specific projects, and work closely with the management team to ensure that East West Connect and East West Compass sales targets are achieved. * Continually look to find new or potential clients that meet with the business requirements and our culture.
