Receptionist / Admin Support - Interim

The role:
Meet & greet visitors, providing a professional front-of-house experience
Manage calls, emails and general enquiries
Schedule appointments and support diary coordination
Produce accurate documents across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365
Provide general administrative support across the teamWhat we're looking for:
Good attitude experience is great but opportunity to train the right person
Confident using Office 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Highly organised, flexible and adaptable
Able to prioritise workload and use initiative
