On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join them on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role that supports both office operations and workshop production planning, ensuring efficient progression of customer orders from initial quote through to delivery and invoicing.

Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 16:00
Status: Permanent
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and track customer order progress in collaboration with the Workshop Manager
* Prepare and manage cost quotations for customers
* Raise and manage purchase orders with suppliers
* Produce and update weekly customer status reports
* Generate and manage customer invoices
* Monitor and progress customer orders through internal systems
* Process and manage warranty-related orders
* Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
* Experience in office administration and production or planning environments
* Experience in Aviation or in a technical or manufacturing/engineering setting
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Confident with managing customer and supplier communication
* Competent in using MS Office and business systems for data entry and reporting
* Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to task completion
