The role of Works Coordinator will include:
1. Supporting the regional team with effective communication to ensure accurate and timely information is collected and coordinated to meet the required timescales
2. Providing quality statistical information on key performance indicators to assist managers in target setting, performance monitoring and implementing improvements where needed
3. Updating all manual and computerised records in an accurate and timely manner
4. Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately
5. Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as managers and trade colleagues
Skills and experiences:
6. Recent experience of providing administrative support to senior management
7. Experience of Property Services Day to Day Process
8. Experience of working in an appointment / work scheduling environment
9. Some knowledge of producing quality compliance and statistical information
10. Ability to work on own initiative and independently
11. Excellent communication and customer care skills
12. Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
