Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified pharmacy technician to join Beacons dedicated Pharmacy team. The role is pivotal in delivering an innovative digital project to improve hypertension management and processes at the practice alongside daily clinics, medication audits, reviews and other tasks suitable for the role.
Working Hours and Location
32 hours per week, over 4 days, or split into 2 x 16 hour posts. Location: Plympton and Ivybridge (Devon).
Responsibilities
* Resolve prescription‑related issues.
* Encourage better pharmaceutical understanding with patients and staff across the primary healthcare team (GPs, prescription clerks, patient advisors, nurses and external community organisations).
* Support improvement, quality and safety of all aspects related to prescribing medicines within the practice.
* Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, nurturing collaborative working relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

* Qualified Pharmacy Technician.
