Responsibilities
1. Task management.
2. Make welcome/confirmation calls and send confirmation e-mails.
3. Handle first line Installations support calls.
4. Accurate input of order details onto all systems.
5. Liaise with customers/business/resellers partners and suppliers regarding order queries/amendments.
6. Provide technical advice to customer/business partners/resellers and internal staff.
7. Placement of all order types on Openreach and other Supplier Portals.
8. Co-ordinate jobs/ arrange engineer visits.
9. Deal with order rejections.
10. Liaise with customers/ business partners and suppliers to resolve issues and provide regular updates.
11. Raise and resolve provisioning escalations and faults.
12. Check all accounts are set-up and billing correctly.
13. Schedule and action all tasks to completion within specified timescales.
14. Follow all procedures and deliver high level customer service for maximum customer satisfaction.
15. Work towards set KPI’s, goals and objectives.
16. Ensure all systems are kept fully updated for each action and point of customer contact.
Qualifications
17. Excellent telephone manner
18. Ability to manage own workload
19. Previous experience of Microsoft packages
20. A ‘can do’ and positive attitude towards work and personal development
21. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
