We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bid & Sales Coordinator to join our Revenue Team. You don’t need industry experience—just a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Why This Role Matters In this role, you’ll support the team that pulls together bids and proposals for new business. Your work helps us respond to opportunities quickly and professionally, making a real difference to winning new clients. You’ll work closely with experts across the business, learn how bids are created, and gain a solid understanding of sales operations. There’s huge room to grow, and you’ll receive plenty of hands‑on training to help you develop. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll support the team by helping to organise and coordinate bid‑related activity, including: Checking public sector and customer portals for new opportunities Helping manage the Bid / No Bid process Preparing internal briefing documents Assisting with planning, timelines, and gathering input from colleagues Keeping templates, documents, and the bid library up to date Making sure submissions are accurate and delivered on time Helping manage NDAs and general document control Recording and reporting on performance data Supporting continuous improvement within the team If you’re someone who enjoys being organised, communicating clearly, and keeping multiple plates spinning, you’ll thrive here. Location & Working Pattern Base: Theale, Reading Mondays: Everyone works in the office for team collaboration First 3 months: 2–3 days a week on‑site for training and shadowing Quarterly: Travel to the Stoke‑on‑Trent HQ to meet the wider team and support bid cycles What’s In It for You?
