Experience required…
Essential:
8. UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
9. The desire to be actively involved in the business development of clients, and the identification, recruitment and interviewing of technical people
10. Strong time management, people management and organisational skills
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills with multiple stakeholders
12. A professional approach amongst peers and colleagues
13. Ambition to develop management and business development skills
14. Eligibility to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence
Desirable:
15. Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control
16. Previous experience of client engagement and development of business relationships
17. Commercial awareness, understanding of costs, finance and market trends
18. A strong professional network within the industry
19. Experience in attending networking events and industry related conferences
20. Experience within the Highways and Transportation sectors in either a UK consultancy, transport authority or local authority HNC, HND, BEng, BSc, MEng, MSc or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
21. I.Eng or C.Eng
