Senior Customer Service Advisor needed in Cambridge Paying £18.26 per hr ref 5290022 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Handling complex enquiries related to Council Tax, Housing Benefit, and Council Tax Benefit. Providing guidance and support to Customer Service Advisors, acting as the first point of escalation. Delivering high‑quality, accurate information to customers across multiple channels including phone, email, and face‑to‑face. Using the Northgate SX3 system daily to process cases, check customer records, update information, and investigate issues. Supporting training and mentoring of new staff. Ensuring service standards, performance targets, and compliance requirements are met. Managing sensitive and confidential information in line with legislation and policy.
