Key Responsibilities
* Deliver production schedules on time and in full
* Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards
* Lead and develop production teams
* Drive efficiency, minimise waste, and improve processes
* Support the launch and scale-up of new products
* Maintain accurate KPIs and performance reporting
What Were Looking For
* Experience as aProduction Manager Food and/or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance frameworks
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing and ERP systems
