Overview
We are seeking a Qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our Senior Management Team.
This is a key strategic role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring effective financial management, and providing strategic guidance to enhance the organisation's financial performance.
This position requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, and cost control measures.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the financial operations of the organisation, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Manage accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
* Implement cost control measures to optimise resource allocation and enhance profitability.
* Develop and execute financial planning strategies that align with organisational goals.
* Prepare detailed financial reports for Trustees and senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
* Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial data.
* Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and drive overall business success.

* Proven experience in financial management within a charity environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in accounts processes and cost control strategies.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
