Key Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed take-offs from tender documentation.
* Send out enquiries for materials and specialist sub-contractor packages.
* Create and complete tender upon Estimating software.
* Review tender Control sheet with line manager.
* Submission of tender to client with all tender deliverables.
* Contribute to the submission document and contract documentation.
* Support Value Engineering exercises and target costs.
Essential Hiring Criteria
* Prior experience in the Building Services sector, whether from an operational or formal estimating background.
* Professional or Trade related vocational qualification – HNC/HND in Building services or Apprenticeship.
* Competent in the use of Trimble Estimation software system
* CSCS Card.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Full UK driving licence
