The firm works with a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger corporates and groups, and continues to invest heavily in its people as part of a sustained growth strategy. Your new role As an Audit Manager, you will take ownership of a varied audit portfolio, leading engagements from planning through to completion. You will manage and develop a team of auditors, acting as a key point of contact for clients and ensuring audits are delivered to a high technical and professional standard. The role combines hands-on audit work with people management, client relationship building and contribution to wider practice initiatives. * ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong experience operating at Audit Manager level within a professional services firm
* Up-to-date technical audit knowledge and experience managing complex audits
* Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop junior team members
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities
