Your Responsibilities Monitor daily attendance and punctuality using the school MIS Carry out first-day calling, texting and absence investigations Liaise with Heads of Year regarding persistent absence Prepare attendance reports for SLT and governors Meet with families to discuss attendance concerns Work alongside safeguarding leads when attendance flags concerns Coordinate penalty notices and referrals where necessary School Culture This is a warm, values-driven school with a Good Ofsted rating and a strong pastoral reputation.
