Overview
The Care Assistant role at Agincare UK in Witney offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of clients. You will build long‑term relationships, provide personal care, administer medication, assist with light domestic duties, prepare meals and snacks, shop, and offer companionship.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing and hygiene support.
* Administer medication and monitor health as required.
* Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
* Prepare meals and snacks and provide meal support.
* Shop for groceries and other supplies.
* Offer companionship, encouragement and social support.
* Travel within a small, manageable area using your own car; occasional longer travel may be required.
Qualifications
* Full driving licence and the use of your own car.
* Minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
* Flexibility to cover shift patterns between 7am – 10pm.
* No previous care experience or formal qualifications required; a kind, caring attitude and strong empathy are essential.
Benefits
* £14.00 per hour Monday – Friday, £14.50 per hour Saturday & Sunday.
