Executive Assistant Permanent Grade D - £45,091 – £53,460 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with a proven career history of supporting Executive level leaders within highly changeable and complex environments. You will be required to work from the Council House at Victoria Square for a minimum of 4 days per week. What You’ll Be Doing Manage demanding schedules, urgent correspondence, and senior meetings with Executive Directors, Senior Leaders, and Cabinet Members. Provide high-level, confidential support to a senior leader at the heart of a city-wide improvement programme. Organise and coordinate key strategic boards both internal and external. Act as a trusted first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and professional representation. Prompt decision making on behalf of senior leader. What You’ll Bring Expert-level organisation skills and the ability to juggle complex multiple priorities with ease. Able to deliver to tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent IT skills and proficient in using the suite of M365 digital tools to increase efficiency.
