You will play a proactive role in helping pupils access learning and build confidence. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support Work with pupils with SEND (including ADHD, ASD, dyslexia and SEMH) Support engagement in mainstream lessons Adapt learning materials alongside teachers Assist with intervention sessions in literacy or numeracy Help maintain calm, focused classroom environments You will work across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupils both academically and socially.
