Our client, a digital services consultancy that combines data, human-centred design, and software engineering to deliver impactful solutions, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst who’s ready to lead the charge on complex digital projects and shape the future of public and private sector services.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll bring your expertise to multi-disciplinary teams, using your analytical thinking and data know-how to uncover actionable insights, drive product decisions, and influence change at scale. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly improve services used by millions.
🧠What you’ll do:
* Use modelling techniques to map the current data landscape and recommend improvements
* Lead collaborative workshops to align on goals and define measurable outcomes
* Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Champion Agile practices and continuously improve team delivery
* Coach and mentor team members, helping build internal capability in data and business analysis

* Experience leading digital projects with strong data analysis capabilities
* Familiarity with GDPR, data governance and working with APIs and data integrations
* Ability to define business and data requirements, and turn them into clear, prioritised backlogs
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A passion for problem-solving and user-centred design
