* Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
* A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching
* Commitment to inclusive education and pupil progress
What We Offer
* Opportunities to work across outstanding SEN schools in South East London

* Access to our Unbottled school speaker programme, inspiring pupils beyond the classroom
* Dedicated consultant support and a transparent, honest approach
* Pay to scale, recognising your experience and expertise
At Milk Education, we believe in connecting exceptional educators with schools that share their values. If you’re a passionate SEN Teacher with QTS looking to join a supportive environment where you can truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
