Pareto are currently looking for an Contract Manager to join us on a full time basis and lead a significant and high profile Integrated Facilities Management account.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
* Day to day leadership of the contract, including managing all contract governance (invoicing, people management, customer satisfaction, quality management, business continuity, environment, health & safety etc.) and supply chain management
* Lead all monthly performance meetings
* Prepare and issue monthly performance reports
* Prepare KPI reports of overall performance
* Deliver a robust performance monitoring regime of self delivered and subcontracted works
* Develop continually optimised service delivery models and solutions
* Collaborate with the client to deliver excellent results in terms of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) targeting
Key Requirements:
* Be suitably qualified HNC status or equivalent with membership of Institute of Workplace
* and Facilities Management (IWFM);
* Have the necessary experience and track record in managing IFM service delivery in media, production environment or mixed estates;
* Have a detailed understanding of best practice Health & Safety principles;
* Be an effective problem solver, with strong leadership skills, have excellent pro-active
* organisational, project management and PC skills;
* Be flexible and mobile;
* Have good written and oral communication skills; and
* Have a ‘can do’ attitude and embrace a partnership service delivery ethos
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
