Salary:
£67,000+ (Dependant on skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Represent Finance as part of a cross-functional project team, collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure the ERP implementation delivers successful outcomes for the Finance function
Oversee and coordinate all Finance-related ERP implementation activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery of key milestones
Partner closely with Finance leadership to ensure the ERP solution aligns with operational processes, data structures, and internal control requirements
Lead a team of ERP-experienced SMEs, supported by an Executive, providing day-to-day leadership, direction, and subject matter guidance
Support the design and creation of a single ERP solution to replace a range of aged, complex legacy systems
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
CIMA qualified or equivalent relevant qualification (Project Management/Finance)
Excellent understanding of Finance process knowledge
Experience managing finance projects and demonstratable business acumen
Excellent Communication and ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders

As the lead Finance representative, you’ll work closely with a diverse project team spanning IM&T, Finance, and other key functions to deliver a transformative ERP solution. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic design decisions, drive collaboration, and help lay the foundations for future innovation, including initiatives like Ad Astra.
Some travel to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) may be required, offering further opportunity to broaden your experience and stakeholder network in an international setting.
