PE Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment is working with a supportive and inclusive school in Enfield to recruit a dedicated PE Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.
This role is ideal for a PE specialist with experience supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, who is confident teaching PE up to GCSE level within a structured and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons up to GCSE level
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with SEND and SEMH
Promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and wellbeing through sport
Implement effective behaviour management strategies
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress
Work closely with SEN and pastoral teams to support pupil development
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching PE to GCSE level
Proven experience working with SEND and SEMH pupils
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Available full time and able to start ASAP
