You'll build strong relationships, offer career guidance, and help shape the future of job seekers while contributing to the agency's success.\n\nLocation: Remote role (with occasional travel to London!)\n\nSalary: up to £26,000\n\n🔑 Key Responsibilities\n\nBuild and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple sectors\n\nConduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and ensure job-fit alignment\n\nProvide personalised career advice and coaching to candidates\n\nCollaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to match talent to roles\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the candidate database\n\nSupport candidate onboarding and follow-up processes\n\n✅ What We're Looking For\n\nPrevious experience in recruitment, HR, or a people-facing role (preferred)\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to multitask and work in a high-energy environment\n\nProactive attitude with a passion for helping people succeed\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
