We are looking for a self motivated individual to join our expanding contact centre
You will either be on the phone booking appointments or dealing with various back office roles. amongst other day to day duties Always delivering the highest standards of customer care possible.
You will be part of a fast paced, friendly and supportive team, taking calls from new and existing customers regarding the product and services we offer.
Speaking to people from all over the UK, you'll have targets and customer satisfaction levels to maintain as you solve problems, answer queries and offer useful advice to your customers. It's fast-paced and extremely varied. No two days, or calls, will be the same so you'll need to think on your feet, stay switched-on and aim to always deliver a right first-time service. Often working under pressure, support is always available from approachable management and team members
Duties to include:
* Arranging appointments for our sales reps to meet customers
* Organising and liaising with fitters and sales representatives on leads
* Using our customer management software to effectively manage all customer enquiries and bookings
* Effectively handling calls by servicing the customers needs
* Delivering an outstanding customer service
* Highlighting any opportunities to improve customer journey
* Ensure information provided to customers is clear
* Ensure all of your own work is carried out
* Other admin duties
