A Veterinary Receptionist is required to join our friendly team. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner are essential.
Your role will involve:
1. Being the first line contact for clients and their animals at the Practice and via telephone.
2. Relaying messages accurately and acting in a timely manner.
3. Maintaining courteous and professional conduct at all times.
4. Welcoming and registering clients on arrival, making appointments.
5. Dispensing medicines as directed by the vet.
6. Taking payments and cashing up.

The Perfect Fit
We seek an enthusiastic and proactive team member passionate about pet healthcare, experienced in using computers including Emails, Word, OneDrive, and Excel.
Your shift pattern
This is a part-time, permanent role working 20 hours per week, with shifts on Mondays and Fridays from 8 am to 7 pm. No weekends or bank holidays.
