Vigilant Security Services UK Ltd is a trusted provider of manned guarding, physical security, and integrated electronic solutions across the UK and ROI. We are entering the next phase of growth and seeking a high-calibre, sales-oriented Managing Director to lead our business.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position combining strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands‑on commercial execution. The successful candidate will drive business growth, lead sales initiatives, and secure high‑value contracts, while ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute growth strategies that deliver revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
* Lead all sales, bidding, and tendering activities across manned guarding, physical & electronic security.
* Demonstrate a strong track record of securing high-value contracts in the UK and ROI.
* Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and management team.
* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure service excellence, compliance, and financial performance.
* Cultivate long-term client relationships, ensuring retention and business growth.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven senior leadership experience in the security services industry.
* Significant sales experience in manned guarding and integrated security solutions.
* Track record in bidding, tendering, and winning high‑value contracts.
* Strong operational, financial, and commercial acumen.
* Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of UK & ROI security markets and regulatory requirements.
* Must be based in or willing to work full‑time from the London office.
