Job Description
* Manage and develop the Tesco and Ocado accounts, building strong and collaborative relationships.
* Lead the development and implementation of account strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
* Analyse market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for business expansion.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of promotional plans and initiatives.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key stakeholders.
* Act as the primary point of contact for Tesco and Ocado, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior National Account Manager will have:
* Experience in managing key grocery accounts preferably Ocado + Tesco
* An interest in the category - Health, Organic, Sustainability
* Coach and mentoring of team members
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrable successes on delivering sales growth
* Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions
* A strategic mindset with a focus on short, mid and long-term success
* Can access Surrey 3 days per week - hybrid working
