Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate, detail-driven Senior Producer to join our Front-End theatrical team in London, working at the point where films are finalised, approved, and experienced exactly as audiences will see them. This role sits at the heart of the theatrical finishing process.
As a Senior Producer, you’ll be responsible for leading the final creative and technical presentation of feature films — ensuring that directors, producers, studios, and talent can confidently sign off on their work in a world-class screening environment.

Position Responsibilities
1. Lead Front End Projects - Work closely with post-production, mastering, QC, and operations teams to ensure correct assets are prepared, loaded, tested, and ready for screening.
2. Manage theatrical sign-off screenings - Support and run final approval screenings for studios, filmmakers, and talent, ensuring every screening meets the highest creative and technical standards.
3. Be the face of the screening room - Host talent, directors, producers, and studio representatives with confidence and professionalism, creating a calm, polished, and welcoming experience.
4. Stay sharp under pressure - Troubleshoot live issues quickly and discreetly, maintaining confidence and control during high-profile screenings.
5. Protect the filmmaker’s intent - Ensure that picture, sound, subtitles, and overall presentation accurately reflect the creative vision approved for theatrical release.

6. A genuine passion for cinema and how films are experienced in a theatrical environment.
7. Confidence working directly with filmmakers, talent, and senior studio stakeholders in live screening situations.
8. A calm, professional presence — especially during high-pressure, high-visibility sign-off screenings.
9. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless picture, sound, and presentation.
10. Experience in post-production, cinema operations, screening rooms or technical environments.
11. A technical mindset around theatrical projection systems, sound formats, and screening technologies.
12. The ability to think ahead, anticipate issues, and respond quickly and discreetly when things don’t go to plan.
13. Clear, confident communication skills — you can explain technical details in a way that reassures creatives and clients.
14. A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with post-production, mastering, QC, and operations teams.
15. Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to support screenings and talent availability.
