Release Co-ordinator - Growing SaaS Company
Belfast / Hybrid | Full-time, Permanent
Ocho are working exclusively with a fast-growing SaaS company, which help global organisations streamline supply chain with smart software solutions. Backed by a strong and stable parent group, they're scaling and looking for a Release Coordinator to keep the deployments running like clockwork.
Responsibilities:
You'll be the go-to person for managing and coordinating software releases across multiple environments. That means:
* Planning and running release schedules
* Coordinating with dev, QA, and infrastructure teams
* Ensuring smooth deployments (with rollback plans ready, just in case!)
* Driving process improvements in CI/CD and automation
* Keeping stakeholders in the loop with clear, timely communication
Experience:
* 2+ years' experience in release management, deployments, or a similar role
* Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile ways of working
* Familiarity with version control (Git/SVN), CI/CD basics, and project management tools
* Experience with ticketing systems (JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar)
* Strong communication and coordination skills
Bonus points for: exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), scripting, automated deployment tools, or ERP systems.
