As of August 2025, JELD-WEN Penrith continues to offer competitive rates of pay, with rates adjusted to reflect current standards:
Early Shift (6am–2pm): £13.23/hour
Late Shift (2pm–10pm): £14.02/hour
Night Shift (10pm–6am): £15.28/hour

Your role:
* Assembly tasks according to specifications and quality standards
* Operate machinery to produce high-end doors and maintain smooth production flow
* Conduct basic quality checks to ensure excellence in every product
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health & safety regulations
* Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
* Provide timely and proactive support.
What we're looking for:
* Good timekeeping is essential
* Commitment to workplace safety
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Basic English communication skills.
