Shifts and schedule: 19 hours per week (8.00am:5:30pm Tuesdays and Fridays + flexibility)

Must: Drive (Hold a UK driving license)
Priority Healthcare are currently recruiting for a skilled Complex Care Support Worker for a brand:new exciting role based in the Chesterfield area.
This is an excellent opportunity to support an individual with an acquired brain injury in his private home with a focus on rehabilitation and community activities.

Client and Role:

Successful Applicant:
- Must hold a UK driving license
- Must have experience working with complex conditions (ABI,CP, brain injuries)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
