Reed Legal is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a progressive solicitor practice based in Chester, seeking a talented Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years PQE to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Corporate & Commercial team, you will handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:
* Advising on M&A transactions, including share and asset purchases
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, agency, and service agreements
* Supporting clients with corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and articles of association
* Advising on joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances
* Handling company restructures, demergers, and reorganisations
* Providing legal support on private equity and investment transactions
* Assisting with business start-ups, including incorporation and structuring
* Advising on intellectual property and data protection issues within commercial contracts
* Liaising with clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporates across various sectors
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate and commercial law
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Commercially astute with excellent client-facing abilities
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a relaxed but high-performing culture
