Salary: £21,531 – £22,218 per annum
Hours: 37.38 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

About the Role
Churchill Special School, part of the Unity Schools Partnership, invites a dedicated Speech and Language Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team. You will work alongside qualified Speech and Language Therapists, a SALT apprentice and an Occupational Therapist to support pupils with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in planning, delivering and recording therapy sessions for pupils aged 8‑18 with special educational needs.
* Support qualified therapists and other professionals in the delivery of inclusive intervention programmes.
* Maintain accurate and timely records in line with safeguarding and data protection requirements.
* Engage with pupils, families and colleagues to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience or a keen interest in working with pupils with special educational needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development.
