Role: Care Assistant
Salary : £14 - £15 per hour
Job Type: Full Time/ Part Time
Shifts on offer: Monday to Friday 0800-1700 and Saturdays 0900-1200
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for Care Assistants to work with our service user in the Bath area, we will provide full training and competency assessment for candidates to assist with the care surrounding Spinal Injuries (including Autonomic Dysreflaxia management), Bowel Care, Catheter Maintenance, Wheelchair Management, CPAP Machine Maintenance as well as Cough Assist experience.
The ideal care assistant to work in this exciting role will be someone who is understanding, patient, enthusiastic and organised. The service user would like to get out into the community, therefore their will be high levels of manual handling, being physically fit is an advantage as you will need to push his wheelchair. When accessing the community, our service user will be using their mobility car, so you must be a driver holding a full UK Driving License.
Theoretical and Practical training is provided to ensure you have the correct skills and give yourself the opportunity to up skill yourself in the sector.

NVQ level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care
Ongoing support from our Office Team, Registered Managers and Clinical Nurses.
Weekly Pay via PAYE or Umbrella Schemes.
A minimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience.
Complex Care experience preferred but not a mandatory need.
Full UK Driving Licence.
