Responsibilities
* Support SMEs and Compliance managers to deliver a cost effective programme that migrates risk and ensures compliance
* Ensure the compliance communication and implementation tools such as One Asda and other related compliance material are reviewed and updated as required
* Assist with the development and writing of policies and procedures
* Coordinate GNFR requests for operational compliance
* Coordinate and support in the statutory inspection programme with service provider
* Dealing with general Health, Safety and Environment related queries and admin
* Coordinate communications plan to ensure timely delivery of communications to Asda
* Support with annual risk assessments
What you will need
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work on own initiative
* NEBOSH Certificate (or working towards)
* Change Management experience
* Excellent stakeholder analysis and engagement
* Writing and implementing management systems
