* Create and deliver high-quality motion graphics and video content to support internal and external communications, including corporate presentations, stakeholder updates, and digital campaigns. This includes storyboarding, editing, animation, and post-production, ensuring all outputs reflect LGPS Central’s brand values and support clear, professional, and engaging messaging across appropriate channels.
* Create clear, visually compelling infographics and data visualisations that bring complex investment information to life
* Lead on the design of corporate documents such as the Annual Report, Stewardship Report, and other regulatory publications
* Produce digital content for website, intranet, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring assets are appropriately formatted and optimised
* Translate written briefs or verbal ideas into strong visual concepts that align with business goals
Brand Management & Visual Identity
* Act as brand guardian for LGPS Central, ensuring consistent and effective use of logos, colours, typography, and imagery across all outputs
* Develop and maintain the organisation’s visual identity and brand guidelines, evolving them as needed
* Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure correct use of branding across PowerPoint decks, Word documents, and other materials
* Keep visual templates and document libraries up to date, including branded assets and iconography
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
* Work closely with the Communications Manager to support strategic projects, campaigns, and thought leadership materials
* Partner with Investment, Operations and RI teams to deliver visually aligned and accurate materials
* Offer creative advice to internal colleagues and stakeholders, translating business needs into design solutions
* Communicate clearly around timelines, expectations, and feedback – managing design requests and prioritising effectively
Supplier & Project Management
* Liaise with external suppliers such as printers, freelance designers, and creative agencies where required
* Manage the briefing, production, and quality assurance of externally produced design work
* Ensure cost-efficiency, quality and timely delivery from third-party providers
* Maintain an organised archive of completed projects, artwork files, and templates for future use
