Wills, Probate and Estate Planning - Apprentice Paralegal - Andover

Office: Full time
We are looking to develop an Apprentice Paralegal in our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning department. You will work full time based in our Andover office whilst enrolled in our apprenticeship programme.
The role
The role will include the following responsibilities:
* Dictation, including typing letters, documents, and emails;
* Supporting lawyers with drafting documents, such as Lasting Powers of Attorney;
* Meeting and greeting clients, acting as a first point of contact;
* Handling client enquiries and telephone calls;
* Producing electronic payment forms, receipts, and slips;
* Scanning and digitally filing incoming post;
* Diarising to follow up on outstanding matters/clients; and
* Engrossing documents for signing.
The candidate
* Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues, both over the telephone and via email;
* Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise urgent tasks in a busy workload;
* Attention to detail to ensure all client information is accurately recorded; and
* Efficiency due to the large workload.
