We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Marketing Operations & Analyst to join a fast-paced marketing team supporting two growing businesses. This role offers a unique blend of technical marketing operations, campaign execution, and performance analysis, with opportunities to contribute to strategic brand and growth initiatives.
You’ll be responsible for managing CRM systems, paid media, and analytics, while supporting lead generation and helping shape data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
Oversee day-to-day CRM usage, ensuring accurate data and segmentation
Build workflows and automations to improve customer journeys and lead nurturing Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyse marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
Produce regular reports with actionable insights
Track KPIs across campaigns, customer acquisition, and lead generation
Conduct competitor and market research Advertising & Media Buying
Manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms
Coordinate press and digital media buying with a focus on ROI Content & Copywriting
Write clear, engaging copy for ads, email campaigns, websites, and press releases
Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging Brand & Strategy Support
Support the development and execution of marketing strategies
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all channels Lead Generation Tracking
Build and refine processes to drive high-quality leads
Collaborate with sales to improve conversion rates and funnel performance E-Commerce Management
Manage WooCommerce listings and promotions
Monitor site performance and support digital sales initiatives
Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of marketing operations, CRM platforms, and analytics tools
Proficient in Google Analytics 4, campaign tracking, and reporting dashboards
Experience managing paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads)
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies
Analytical, organised, and results-focused
Collaborative and proactive with a strategic mindset
