About the Role
At Tokko Youth Hub, we support children and young people to build confidence, develop resilience, and create brighter futures. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll oversee a range of services, including Youth Work, Young Parents support, and Counselling, ensuring services are safe, effective, and truly make a difference.
You Will
* Lead and support a committed team
* Ensure high‑quality, safe service delivery
* Monitor performance and improve outcomes
* Work with partners and stakeholders across the community
About You
* Experience working with children and young people
* A strong understanding of safeguarding
* Confidence in leading or supporting a team
* Good organisational and communication skills
* A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
