What You Will Do
* Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
* Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
* Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are
* Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
* Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
* Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
* Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
* Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
* Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation and Benefits
Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The Expected Base Pay Range For This Position Is:
* Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50
* Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
* Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
* Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50

* Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
