They are currently seeking a junior commercial property solicitor to work in their leading team, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact on this busy and ambitious department.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Handling a range of commercial property work, including landlord and tenant, sales and purchases, refinances, development work and more.
Working collaboratively within the team on large deals alongside taking ownership of your own cases where suitable.
Engaging in business development, client seminars, and networking events amongst others.
Demonstrating exceptional client-facing and relationship building skills.
Overall, this is a great role for passionate property lawyers who are seeking a supportive and friendly team who are also very driven and provide excellent quality work.
