We are currently seeking to recruit a self-motivated, proactive individual, who would like to join the Bradburys production team as Shift Leader within the Production facility.
The role is a full-time position of 40 hours per week onsite reporting into the Operations Manager.
The purpose of the Shift Leader role is to ensure production lines are keeping to the required standards of safety, product quality and process efficiency whilst maintaining high levels of GMP.
The position is shift work, 6am 2pm and 2pm 10pm Mon Fri.
The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who has a strong background in food manufacturing, an expertise of production line processes with full knowledge of operational concepts, Health & safety and Food safety practices and procedures, along with strong people management.
You will perform a variety of tasks within the Production facility to ensure the highest productivity and efficiency. Ideally the candidates will be self-motivated and driven with great organisational skills and attention to detail.
