Imagery Producer Role
The Imagery Producer manages all incoming briefs, workflows, and final outputs of the Image team.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role covers 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, requiring a dedicated contact for each specialist area. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, with strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The role supports global clients across all media, demanding high competency in managing diverse projects with varying deadlines. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization, and clear communication with both internal teams and clients are essential to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from various business areas and oversee the delivery of all image assets.
* Build positive, proactive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges to prioritize effectively.
* Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Evaluate the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, keeping track of all jobs daily.
* Update team members and managers regularly on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Maintain attention to detail to ensure briefs are accurate and complete.
* Collaborate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
* Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage account systems, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work starts and invoices are issued promptly.
Skills
Requires 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within CG or Photography environments. A strong interest in CG and photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn team software to improve understanding and efficiency. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
