They now require an enthusiastic internal account manager/sales support assistant to join their Head Office team — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, and is eager to develop a successful career within the growing business. This role is vacant due to internal progression and this role is fully office based.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting customers and driving sales performance. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling customer enquiries by phone, providing accurate product and pricing information
2. Maximising sales opportunities through internal branch interaction and providing quotes
3. Processing purchase orders, managing back orders, and dealing with product returns
4. Coordinating collections and credit notes for returned goods
5. Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for product and delivery updates
6. Managing a varied workload with efficiency and professionalism
7. Delivering excellent customer service in a busy and dynamic environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. You’ll ideally bring:
8. Strong customer service or sales experience
9. Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office skills
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
11. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
12. A self-motivated attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
13. Experience in an office or wholesale environment (advantageous)
