Are you ready to make a significant impact in the water recycling industry? We’re looking for a passionate Electrical Project Engineer to join our dynamic team on the Severn Trent framework, based in Wanlip, Leicestershire.
Position Details
* Location: Wanlip, Leicestershire
* Hours: 45 hours per week - Permanent Contract
Your Responsibilities
As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional projects within the Wanlip Wastewater Treatment Works. Your role will encompass:
* Establishing client requirements and delivering innovative electrical engineering design solutions from concept to completion.
* Coordinating with supply chain partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, including shutdown planning.
* Applying your technical expertise and resourcefulness during the construction phase.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all electrical works.
* Producing, checking, and approving engineering reports and designs.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Are a qualified electrical engineer with experience in electrical design and project engineering, preferably in the water or industrial sector.
* Possess strong technical knowledge, including MCCs, ICA systems, switchgear design, power distribution (11kV and below), ATEX areas, and G5/5 compliance.
* Are a collaborative, safety-conscious professional with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders to achieve project goals.
