Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our team in Trowbridge.
As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support, playing a vital role in their lives.
What we're looking for:
* A genuine passion for supporting others.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract options:
* Relief: flexible hours based on availability. All our services are 24-hour care, with rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance to help you plan your personal and social life.
* Days: Between 07:00am - 10:00pm.
* Sleep-in shifts are available with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.70.
*All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
