Experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for a leadership role in a thriving practice? We have a fantastic maternity cover opportunity for a Head Vet to lead a dedicated team near Birmingham, delivering exceptional clinical care while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment.
The Role:
* Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of veterinary care.
* Oversee day-to-day operations in collaboration with the practice team.
* Work 40 hours per week with a 1:3 Saturday rota
* No OOH
* Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
